1Personal Information We Collect

PhotoChagok does not collect directly identifying information — such as your name, email address, phone number, or account details — to its own servers.

PhotoChagok does not provide a separate sign-up feature, and it does not upload your original photos or their metadata to PhotoChagok's servers.

However, the Google AdMob SDK may be used to serve ads in the app. For ad delivery and measurement, Google or Google's advertising partners may process device information, advertising identifiers, and certain information related to app usage.

2Photo Library Access

PhotoChagok requests access to your photo library in order to organize photos into folders and albums, let you view photos by date, and add the photos you select to albums.

Photo library access is used on your device to provide app features. PhotoChagok does not send your original photos to its servers.

You can change or revoke photo access at any time in iOS Settings.

3Location Information

The Map tab in PhotoChagok reads the location information already embedded in your photos (the coordinates where they were taken) on your device and gathers those photos at the spot where they were shot. These coordinates are used only for display; they are not sent to our servers, stored separately, or converted into place names.

When you first open the map, location permission (while using the app) may be requested to center the map around where you are. Your current location is used once to position the map's initial view, and it is never sent off your device or stored. You can use every feature of the app, including the Map tab, without allowing location access.

You can change or revoke location permission at any time in iOS Settings.

4Camera and Microphone Permissions

If you use the feature to capture a photo or video in the app and add it to an album, camera permission may be requested.

If sound is recorded while capturing a video, microphone permission may be requested.

Camera and microphone permissions are needed only when you use those features directly, and PhotoChagok does not send captured photos or videos to its servers.

5Advertising and Tracking Permission

PhotoChagok may use Google AdMob to serve in-app ads.

In accordance with iOS App Tracking Transparency, you may be asked to allow the use of the advertising identifier for personalized ads. You can still use the app's core features even if you do not allow tracking.

Ad-related data processing may be governed by Google's privacy policy and advertising policies.

6How We Use Data

PhotoChagok uses permissions and data for the following purposes.

  • Displaying photos from your photo library within the app
  • Providing folder- and album-based photo organization
  • Providing browse-by-date functionality
  • Showing geotagged photos on the map where they were taken
  • Centering the map's initial view around your current location
  • Adding the photos you select to albums
  • Serving in-app ads and measuring ad performance
  • Maintaining app stability and fixing errors

7Sharing with Third Parties

PhotoChagok does not collect your original photos, album information, or search terms to its servers, and does not sell them to third parties.

However, the Google AdMob SDK is used to serve ads, and in this process Google or Google's advertising partners may process information for ad delivery and measurement.

8Data Retention

PhotoChagok does not use member accounts or any server-based storage operated by us.

Folders, album organization data, and app settings created in the app may be stored on your device. If you delete the app, the app data stored on your device may also be removed in accordance with iOS policy.

Original photos in your Apple Photos library are managed by Apple according to your device and iCloud Photos settings. Even if you change how albums are organized in PhotoChagok, your original photos remain subject to the Apple Photos library policy.

9Your Choices

You can manage permissions and data processing through the following settings.

  • iOS Settings > PhotoChagok > change photo access
  • iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > change tracking permission
  • iOS Settings > PhotoChagok > change camera or microphone permission
  • iOS Settings > PhotoChagok > change location permission
  • Delete the app to remove its on-device data

10Children's Privacy

PhotoChagok is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. If you have any questions about privacy while using the app, please contact us at the address below.
